Full-Time rotating schedules working 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Weekends and Holiday required. *Hours may vary based on business needs.*
Starting pay is $17.86 per hour, vacation or paid time off (PTO), and full benefits

What will I be doing?
Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line.
Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line.
Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line.
Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
