The EMEA Hilton Legal team are based in Watford and Dubai, supporting business partners across EMEA region. What will I be doing?
We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our busy EMEA Development and Real Estate team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Supporting Hilton''s ambitious growth plans with a focus on management and franchise agreements (Development)
• Supporting the Legal needs of Hilton''s Real Estate portfolio with a focus on leasing and operations (Real Estate)
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be an English-law qualified real estate lawyer with solid general corporate/ and commercial law skills skills from a common law background with good experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably in the hospitality sector. You should have skills in drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts. Exposure to franchising, hotel management agreements, leases and other corporate structures and language skills would be very helpful.
To succeed in this role you will be a highly skilled, effective, organised and self-motivated lawyer with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate good legal analysis, the ability to identify and resolve issues, drafting expertise and strong attention to detail. You should have developed transaction management skills and be comfortable with a high volume of contracts. You should also have the ability to navigate a large organisation, co-ordinating and communicating with different offices and functions.
