Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director to deliver and co-ordinate marketing and digital activity to drive outbound traffic towards key destinations and markets driven by data and commercial needs.  

You will work closely with other stakeholders such as other source market and destination leads as well as global commercial stakeholders to ensure maximum benefit for the enterprise and coordinate efforts to ensure consumers are not bombarded with multiple offers and campaigns at the same time. The individual will work towards delivering to revenue targets and growth of source markets while optimizing initiatives to keep relevant to market nuances.

Using Adobe Analytics and your curiosity you will identify emerging local trends and demand opportunities, and work with internal and external partners to test and pilot initiatives with local players. You will assist in developing an annual calendar of pay-to-play outbound programs for destination marketing participation. 

You will be responsible for working with Campaign Management and Digital Paid Media in developing and executing locally sound source market campaigns. Last, he/she will manage, monitor, and report on in-language websites to deliver target performance KPIs such as traffic, conversion, revenue, Honors sign-ups, app downloads, leading testing initiatives on local sites.

What will I be doing?

This position will gather, catalogue, and socialize market level insights around the following areas and many more: level arrival and departure patterns, demand by market, seasonal travel trends, relationship of key destinations and feeder cities as well as key events for leisure attractions in business critical source markets. This role will work closely with counterparts in APAC and Americas to understand similar trends and data points for both inbound and outbound demand into key international destinations.  

The perfect person for the role will be an enthusiastic leader with the ability to balance big picture thinking with deep dive research and attention to detail. Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you will have to have strong communication and engagement skills, being able to share 
insights with Destination and Central team leads to assist in planning both annual and ad hoc marketing campaigns. The data will be used to help shape activity lead times, packaging to drive leisure engagement and execution preferences to drive attraction. 

Additionally, this role will be responsible for outlining and delivering in-language opportunities in our EMEA source market sites. These opportunities can include but are not limited to site optimisation for conversion, promotional retailing, cultivating in-language marketing opportunities and collection of subscriber lists for email marketing. 

Execution responsibilities can also include brainstorming and ideation, developing the marketing plan, defining the user experience, developing and presenting creative briefs, supporting creative concept development, managing timelines and budget, and working with multiple internal teams and agencies to implement in-language marketing programs. Measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness and leveraging those learnings will be key to optimize future marketing strategy and drive business goals. A growth hacking mindset will ensure this person succeeds in the role.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent
• 20% travel or as needed on the job
• Experience in developing Marketing strategy plans and eCommerce experience 
• Supervisory and/or project management experience 
• Experience in data analysis and reporting especially through analysis platforms such as Adobe or Tableau 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master''s Degree or equivalent
• Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry. 
• Highly proficient in developing marketing strategy plans and eCommerce experience 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
