What will I be doing?

 

 

 

As an Accommodation Assistant, you will support the Human Resources Head by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire Team Accommodation. As well as, you are one of HR team who will assist to deliver an excellent team member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Allocate rooms to new team members with the HR Head as per Recruitment plan
  • Welcome team members at the Airport/accommodation to escort them to their allocated rooms
  • Prepare Welcome amenities
  • Handover keys and apartment/rooms inventory upon check in and take handover for the same upon check out.
  • Ensure cleanliness of Apartment/room for the above purposes
  • Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied apartments/ rooms for the Team accomdoation
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects related
  • Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
  • To ensure that working areas are free from blockages etc.
  • Carry out the fire, safety and evacuation procedures as required by the Hotel Fire Policy
  • Comply with the hotel standards in relation to hygiene and personal presentation
  • Comply with the hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the HR Head
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Human Resources Head

  • Previous experience in Accommodation/ Housekeeping/HR role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of internal guest service
  • Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
