Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.

What will I be doing?

As a member of Data Governance (Payroll), you will be responsible for the administration of the Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) as it is used in Payroll operations and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL). Assist with oversight of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) module for Corporate Team Members (TMs), system configurations, and assisting with benefit updates – transactionally done by Shared Service Center team. We will also look to you to develop and run reports from Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting tool.

More specifically, you will:

  • Maintain and manage GL mapping and configuration in Oracle Cloud and partner with finance teams for guidance and validation on changes/additions.
  • Own and manage updates to system configuration as it relates to payroll.
  • Participate in system regression and user acceptance testing for Oracle Cloud monthly and quarterly system and product releases, as well as test new initiatives and business process modifications.
  • Provide historical TMX and PeopleSoft payroll data as needed for audit and historical information requests.
  • Act as Liaison with the Payroll (Operations and Shared Service Center) teams
  • Assist with opening and handling ongoing Oracle Service Requests, ensuring all required information is provided, and work towards a resolution.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of overall work experience
  • One (1) year of experience with HR payroll processes and functions
  • Experience with full lifecycle, functional and technical software testing
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud (Human Capital Management Modules) and Oracle Time and Labor module
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
