Job Description


Work with Meeting and Event Managers prior to functions and work with Event Planners for day of events.



  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to work independently and stay on task
  • Previous Hotel & Resort experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Must be able to stay calm in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organization skills required


  • Prepared and analyze banquet event orders to gather function and guest information and ensure a proper timeline is in place.
  • Respond to and fulfill all last minute event arrangements and requests.
  • Follow up on and ensure proper execution of events.
  • Work closely with Catering and Sales departments on a daily basis
  • Keep open channels of communication with all departments within hotel
  • You are the main point of contact the day of special events
