The Hampton Inn & Suites Liberty Township is looking for a dependable team member with strong customer service skills to fill a Full time position as the Front Desk Lead on the 3-11p shift.
You will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guest's requests, recommendations and touches. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. Upgrades guests, as required. Promotes services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
Work Experience
At least 1 year of OnQ experience
3-11p shift availability.
Weekends and Holidays are required.
