What will I be doing?

The Front Desk Manager (one of 4) will assist the Director in managing all operations of our Front Office as we strive for excellence in this luxury environment. The role will manage guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation.

What are we looking for?
 
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • 1 or more years of Hotel Front Office experience required
  • 2 or more years of Supervisory/Management experience required
  • Open schedule availability required - to include overnights
  • Luxury Hotel experience preferred
  • Managing in a unionized environment preferred
  • OnQ experience preferred
