Job Requirements

Front Office Manager FOM is responsible for overseeing and supervising the following hotel departments-

*Front Desk and F&B depts by providing professional leadership, leading by example, hiring, training, scheduling and providing proper shift coverage for both departments including front desk personnel, night audit team and kitchen team. FOM will instill team member accountability by measuring performance by conducting department meetings on a weekly basis to review guest appreciation scores and providing the best professional methods to respond to all guest surveys in writing in a timely manner. FOM will also be scheduled for Front Desk shifts based upon hotel OCC% each week. FOM is responsible for driving rates and occ through up-selling, and properly regulating inventory to assure sellouts efficiency.

Work Experience

All applicants must possess a minimum (1-2 years) experience as a Front Desk Supr plus (1-2 years) experience in hotel F&B. All applicants must also have (1-2 years) experience in Hilton OnQ PM system. Must possess professional hands-on leadership approach and lead by example. Must create a professional team environment that consistently provides outstanding service to our guests as well as to other team members.
