Northstar Hospitality, a growing company managing multiple hotel brands in Ohio, Kentucky and Virginia, is seeking a General Manager to lead the team at our 88 room Hampton by Hilton – Medical Center in the heart of Lexington, Kentucky. The property is ideally located next to three of Kentucky’s finest medical centers, Commonwealth Stadium and the campus of the University of Kentucky with easy access to Interstate 75 and Interstate 64.

Our Hampton by Hilton – Medical Center has recovered from the pandemic and continues to sustain high occupancy and received the coveted Lighthouse Award. We care for our associates and our property to ensure excellent guest service and be a good neighbor in our community.

The ideal candidate should have experience with managing $2M+ in revenue with solid knowledge of Hampton’s Revenue Management System and leading associates in all aspects of the operation including sales.
