Job description

As our Membership Concierge, you will assist with maximization of member and guest utilization of the Club for increasing member satisfaction and increasing revenues. Provides staff support on membership sales and member service related issues. 


What will I be doing?

  • Handle Club & Del Resort member relations, reservations and special requests (i.e. dinner, spa & recreation reservations).
  • Follow up with all e-mail/phone inquiries.
  • Instrumental in day-to-day interaction with members, including casual, business and challenging circumstances.
  • Instrumental in day-to-day interaction with members, including casual, business and challenging circumstances.
  • Handle any requests for new, lost member cards and parking cards.
  • Often serve as the initial contact for membership inquiries.
  • Take a supportive role in ensuring the success of all Club social events from planning to implementation as assigned by manager. Participate with registration, setting up, printing name tents etc
  • Provide support to Membership Director & Membership Management team
  • Attend daily staff meetings
