What will I be doing?
- Make sure specialty rooms and VIP’s are blocked
- Upgrade Gold/Diamond members and other VIP travel agency reservations
- Works closely with the Front Desk staff to move inventory in an effort to accommodate on-the-spot guest requests; major guest-impact area
- Monitor pending rooms by consistently checking the room status and contacting guests via Kipsu or phone call when rooms become available
- Review all group resumes and create a weekly, comprehensive overview document to ensure all Front Desk and Guest Services staff are aware of group requirements and expectations
- Coordinate the Satellite Group Registration desk.
- Coordinate the assignment of show rooms with the Housekeeping and Sales departments on a daily basis.
- Coordinate the return of out-of-order accommodations; work closely with involved departments to ensure accommodations are cleaned and ready as required.
- Works closely with the Front Desk Managers, supplementing their efforts by fielding guest calls as necessary
