Located in the heart of Marylebone this stylish private members' club is the first of its kind, bringing together a community of high growth entrepreneurs, investors and world class business leaders under one roof.

It welcomes members from a diverse range of sectors and industries and is aimed at enabling established business owners to grow their professional networks, and scale-up their companies through collaboration with investors and like-minded individuals from around the world

Situated across four elegant Grade II-listed five story Georgian townhouses on Great Cumberland Place, Home Grown exudes quality, sophistication and style.

The townhouses feature a plethora of stunning spaces, designed by Russell Sage Studios, including 35 boutique bedrooms, a brasserie-style restaurant, study café, executive business lounges, bars, meeting rooms including dedicated pitching suites, private dining rooms as well as events spaces.

We currently have the unique opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head Chef, responsible for food innovation, creation and execution across the entire club.

Home Grown is a multifaceted club - it houses a beautiful destination restaurant, offering an innovative and seasonal menu. Extensive banqueting and events are a daily occurrence within the house, along with alternative menus in the Drawing Rooms and Bars.

Our new colleague will work closely with all members of the management and operational teams as well as leading a 20-strong brigade in delivering consistently high standard of cooking throughout the House.

We are looking for:
• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and creativity
• Superb cooking skills with the ability to inspire and lead your team
• Confidence with menu creation whilst maintaining budgeted gross profit margins
• A proven history of sound kitchen management, food safety and HACCP controls
• Previous experience working within a multi-faceted restaurant / venue or 5-star hotel would be preferred.
• Flexibility to support other departments within the Club in order to guarantee the best possible service to our members and guests
