- Prepare salary proposals for HR management and head of organization’s approval for on-cycle, off-cycle promotions, special adjustments and counter offer retentions.
- Act as the compensation and benefits (C&B) consultant for various Lines of Business (LOB) in compensation planning and other compensation related issues that affect the business strategies for the company.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation for non OT eligible positions (i.e. upgrade, downgrade, split headcount, incremental headcount, etc).
- Assists the Manager, C&B on the cost analysis and simulations for annual merit planning and discretionary gratuity for the company. Takes the lead on preparing the annual merit spreadsheets and discretionary gratuity.
- Oversees the work of the Specialist, C&B on market analysis of various positions, market salary surveys, promotion packages and drafting job evaluations
- Liaise with U.S. counterpart on conducting UATs for Compensation Management System
- Supports the Manager, C&B on ad-hoc compensation related policies for the company (e.g. MPF, Retirement Policy, Bridging of Service Policy, Overtime Payment Policy etc).
- Bachelor degree holder preferably major in HRM, Business Administration and any related disciplines
- Over 8 years of Human Resources related experience with 5 years in C&B area of MNCs is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and excellence in software applications; able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different LOBs
- Knowledgeable on the market trends and competitiveness on salary movements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
