Job description

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week
  • Sort all incoming items received to designated delivery locations. Prepare sorted mail for distribution by delivery hosts to other office buildings on a daily basis
  • General housekeeping including replenishing supplies in pantries and common areas, tidy common areas and ensure sufficient office supplies in conference rooms
  • Stock take of in-stock pantry supplies in warehouse and mail room, filling out the standard forms to record usage
  • Perform ad hoc assignment given by lead or Manager
  • Basic Qualifications
    • 3 years relevant experience in office or mail room operations
    • Knowledge of using excel is perferable
    • Candidate with valid driving licence is an advantage
    #LI-DNI Additional Information SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
