Job description

This position is responsible for business generation of hotel room nights, park admission tickets and incremental marketing exposure from existing and new Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), in addition to providing a broad level of support in administering associated programs and initiatives. This role is accountable for meeting sales targets, implementing value-based strategies and plans, as well as managing and growing the OTA portfolio to foster continual positive sales growth. The incumbent is also key in setting up new OTA partners by working closely with internal partners and clients Responsibilities
  • Report to Director, Travel Trade Sales
  • Develop and manage online travel agencies and other e-commerce/ m-commerce partners in partnership with Greater China and International Travel Trade Sales teams
  • Monitor the sales targets with implementing value-based strategies plans and the grow sales production through trade marketing & promotional programs
  • Keep abreast of the fast-changing digital travel landscape and online travel booking trends to solicit new partnerships to grow portfolio of digital sales channels.
  • Responsible for set up new OTA partners by working closely with internal partners (including Legal, Finance, Technology) and connectivity team of the client
  • Responsible for business generation of hotel room nights, park admission tickets and incremental marketing exposure from existing and new Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
  • Responsible for broad level of support in administering associated programs and initiatives
  • Handle the execution of tactical promotions or advertising campaigns with key partners in order to drive maximum revenue
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in business development, marketing & sales, with knowledge in OTA business operations
  • Strong OTA business operating knowledge
  • Strong leadership skill
  • An independent thinker with outstanding relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is a must, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
