About you

The position will require you to:
Handle incoming customer feedback - positive or negative - through the different communication channels Hosco has.
Provide product/services information and find the right solution for any issue our members might face.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Propose improvements to the different teams at Hosco from feedback gathered.
Manage and review all new profiles requests on the platform.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage Hosco members. There are no creative limits, and we are open to trying new approaches to make each member a Hosco lover.
Participate in other related projects to support the CRM team.

Skills to Rock at this Job!
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Proficiency in English. French and Spanish are plus.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset and ready to bring new ideas on board!
Strong communication skills.
Currently enrolled in a school and able to provide us with an internship agreement.
