We are currently looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to be part of our Executive Team, with the following functions:
• Lead the strategy of the food and beverage división, direct and organise the operational aspects of all different departments.
• Recruitment, yielding and coordinating operational teams.
• Close control on budget, inventory and stocks.
• Familiar and capable to prepare P&L statements and explain them detailed on a monthly basis
• Planning of actions to boost sales, together with the Sales & Marketing department.
• Think outside of the box to continuously adapt to changing times and see new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with the defined quality and service parameters.
• Lead by example at all times
• Oversee the outlets and kitchen teams while working very closely with the Events and Groups team

- Be able to manage, lead and motivate challenging teams
- Enjoy to work under pressure
- Have good sales strategies for the different outlets and clients
- Be able to read, understand and analyse financial statements to present solutions

About you
- Degree in tourism or similar
- Must have: minimum of three years’ experience in the same role in a 5* luxury hotel in Spain & abroad
- Languages: Spanish and English
- Ideally to have worked in Spain and in an unionized Hotel
