Hosco Talent Search is recruiting on behalf of an International brand managing high-ends concepts & restaurant worldwide. The brand is recruiting for the opening of a new venue in Monaco (opening in June 2019)
Overseeing kitchen & service and a large team of 60, the Restaurant General Manager will report directly to the group CEO.
The Restaurant General Manager responsibilities will include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. The ideal candidate will know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential.
Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
This is a high-end environment thus the ideal candidate will come from a hospitality luxury background (ideally Michelin star restaurants).
This is the perfect match for a candidate already based in South of France and looking for a new challenging working environment (international brand)

About you
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role in a luxury high end environment
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary school
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
