Senior Recruitment Consultant
About the job
Hosco Talent Search is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join an International Company.
You will be responsible to expand our portfolio of clients and find potential leads for our Talent Search division.
We need a true hospitality professional, with a deep understanding of the industry, who has worked in the market on senior assignments internationally and possesses a strong expertise and network.
The ideal candidate must be extremely well informed about the industry in order to identify and acquire the best opportunities.
Some of the tasks will include:
• Identify key targets including individual hotels, future openings, corporate groups and consulting companies within the hospitality industry and sell the service
• Managing the recruitment process: definition of clients’ requirements, elaboration of job description, search of potential candidates, preparation of target lists, pre-screening and in-depth interviews of shortlisted candidates, preparation of candidate’s notes, arranging interviews with clients and negotiating contracts
• Optimize current portfolio of clients always providing a premium service
• Create and maintain a strong portfolio of top candidates, up-sell when applicable
• Negotiate best fee and service with our clients

- Strong knowledge of the Industry
- Experience working in recruitment either in an agency or business unit
- Natural sales person/skills
- Experience in senior roles for International brands
