Culinary Producer (American Cuisine)
About the job
An American candidate is required for the position, due to the majority target market being the USA.
Whilst a career background in professional kitchens is required, this role is less conventional, working for an online media company, recording recipes and food production techniques for broadcasting.
You will report to the Country Manager and work closely with a group of 5 chefs. Everything is done in collaboration with the creative teams: from ideation to realization.
This role is responsible for testing recipes and participating in the filming of said recipes - making sure that everything goes smoothly.
It's about anticipating the needs of the Art Directors, the possible pain-points in every recipe and being extremely organized to make sure you are able to stay on top of the testing and filming schedule.
Your goal is to create extraordinary dishes with ordinary cooking tools and ingredients. It's about being creative and passionate about food from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Make recipe ideas and concepts come to life
- Test recipes so that they are ready to be filmed
- Think up solutions that turn everyday recipes into intern sensations
- Work closely with the Art Director and Country Manager
