Hosco Talent Search has been mandated by a restaurant in Geneva, Switzerland to find their new Head Chef.
This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef ready to step up!
The Concept is vibrant, trendy and the cuisine serves is full of flavours. Working with only fresh ingredients, it is a great role for a creative Chef looking to bring his ideas forward.
With a talented team of Chefs and trendy Front of House Staff, the restaurant serves about 50 covers for lunch and about 100 for diner. Situated in a great location, this amazing company offers a relax dining experience with a lot of focus on the plates served. It is a busy restaurant with a great ambiance. The cuisine is modern inspired by some of London best restaurant.
With a great salary package, working 5 days a week with two consecutive days off, the ideal candidate will have worked in seasonal ingredients inspired restaurant, ideally in a fine dining or Michelin restaurant to understand refine techniques and discipline and have also knowledge on international cuisine influences. With some good management skills, you will be leader, a trainer and a passionate Chef.
