The Role:
Reporting directly into the Barcelona Global HQ, the core responsibility of the Industry Relations Sales Manager - NYC is to support Hosco’s global growth strategy by owning the success and execution of its sales entry strategy to drive growth and market share in the US market.
Responsibility will be to work autonomously in the US market, with support from the Barcelona HQ, to build market penetration and subscription sales to the premium hospitality market of 5 star and 4 star Hotels, and Food & Beverage, segments throughout the state of Florida with a particular emphasis on Miami. Success drivers will be to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual budgeted sales booking targets across a designated territory. Primary operational activity will be to identify, prospect and deliver effective sales meetings that result in closed sales revenues that meet the monthly booking objectives.
A natural business development professional, you should be highly entrepreneurial with strong resilience and independence, strong knowledge of the hospitality and / or recruitment sector and an unerring drive and commitment to building a sustainable portfolio of notable client wins from the premium hospitality market. Following the initial entry strategy of building a client portfolio, expectations in the mid-term would be to recruit and develop a sales team to support the extension of the Hosco brand across the US market and assume a leadership responsibility for the US market strategy acting as the US brand ambassador for Hosco to the key hospitality stakeholders at events, seminars and conferences.

Responsibilities and tasks will include:

Researches and identifies the key target clients and associated HR / recruitment contacts in the Premium Hospitality segment in the designated region at both the Corporate Group and individual business unit level
Structures a work pattern that involves cold calls, introductions and referrals to potential prospects to enable the scheduling of 15 new sales meetings per month
Manages all sales meetings with the appropriate proposal follow-ups and deals’ closing activities to support achievement of the monthly sales budget
Provides accurate monthly sales forecasts.
Maintains up to date information within Salesforce CRM - to include contact information, activity records and pipeline detail.
Champions the sales of the employer brand product portfolio in the their territory identifying corporate HQ opportunities to drive significant value / differentiation / performance.
Contributes to the development and iteration of the US penetration strategy with competitor insights, client feedback and market intelligence to the Barcelona HQ.
Leads by example, as an ambassador of the Hosco culture and gives their very best to boost company performance and reputation. They continuously inspire and support the members of the team by maximizing their opportunities of growth and chances of over achieving their goals.



Fluent in English. Any other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an individual contributor role, ideally within, or selling to, the Hospitality industry
Experience of working autonomously and reporting to HQ based in different locations in the US
Strong understanding of the sales process including influencing, negotiating and closing new business within an average 4-week sales cycle
Demonstrable ability to identify, present and negotiate high-value opportunities with senior decision makers and influencers.
