About the department:

The Market Research Internship will sit in the Commercial division of hosco and directly support our Industry Relations Sales Development team. Our Sales Development is in charge of all sales development and lead generation involving new business relations with employers at hosco. Employers can be any business unit or corporate account directly linked with the hospitality industry.

We currently support the recruitment of over 5’000 leading employers across the globe and our ambition is to welcome many more!

The successful market researcher will be data driven, organised, have a strong attention to detail and be excited to work in a growing team!


Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:


Assist Market Researcher to source additional target prospects using a variety of sales tools outside of the assigned database
On a daily basis, prioritize prospects enriching the database with contact, information and talking points
Assist team to assign the shortlist of prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Strive to always improve the quality of the inputs given to the SDR based on their feedback

What this role will offer you:

Exposure to international appealing prospects and clients in Hospitality
The ability to work with the best tools available in sales necessary to be successful (CRM, e-marketing, etc)

Requirements:
You are currently studying a Bachelors or Masters degree or online course and able to provide a an internship agreement
Can commit to an internship of 6 months
You have a highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
You are naturally curious and a strong willingness to learn
You are data driven
You are a great communicator and enjoy working in teams
You have a high level of English (spoken and written), any other language a plus!
You are eligible to work in the EU / Barcelona
You are excited about working for a fast moving start up
