Our Industry Relations team is in charge of all relations with employers at Hosco. Employers can be any business unit or corporate account directly linked with the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, startups, tour operators, etc).

The role:

Hosco is putting together a squad of high potential Sales interns to learn from the high pace environment and contribute to the growth of the company.

Over the duration of your internship, you will get involved at every stage of the sales process, starting from market research and followed by prospecting and closing of opportunities.

Your pace of evolution in the role will depend on your personal growth and performance which will be assessed periodically.

You will be joining a team of high performing sales professionals in Barcelona and report to the Director of Sales EMEA.

The structure of your internship will be as followed:

Market Research & Insights: Contribute to the development of a high potential sales target list across the EMEA region for sales to prospect. Contribute to industry/market insights of relevance to share in weekly team meetings.

Inbound management: Contribute to the management of inbound employers’ requests to find out more on Hosco’s recruitment solutions. You will learn to qualify leads and perform optimal handovers to Sales.

Prospecting & Closing: You will gradually join the outbound prospecting efforts on selected markets and segments. You will be trained on optimal prospecting techniques and contribute to opportunity closings with Sales Managers.

This cross-training opportunity is a unique chance to gain a deep understanding of a sales organization and gain invaluable training and experience in a high growth environment.
