About the department:

The Schools department at hosco is part of our Commercial Division. A highly strategic channel; one that provides the core USP and competitive differentiator for the significant revenue growth of the Hiring Solutions Division.

We enjoy unique relationships with leading hotel schools globally and we support them in placing their students, managing & engaging their alumni, and strengthening their positioning.

Currently 275 schools have already partnered with us with an average of 40 new school joining each year.

The goal of this internship will be to:

Improve our premium service to existing partner schools
Increase our presence in key strategic locations
You will work together with the rest of the team to:
Tracking key metrics on members; schools activities and prepare reports for the team to act accordingly
Answer requests from schools in regards to IT issues, training needs, future campus presentations, etc.
Participate in events at schools (Career fairs)
Participate in any other marketing initiatives linked to schools
Working on various projects to analyse performance and best practices within the team
Work closely with the School Relations team and Marketing to create each year a bigger and better event for all Hosco Partners (we get bigger and better at it each year!)
Client support –> service is key!

Personal and optimum service is key! Become the “go to person” answering all incoming questions from our Schools and ensure the response level is always at its highest!
Update partner schools with all new features regularly introduced on the platform


You have to be eligible to work in the EU / Barcelona
You must be fluent (written and spoken) in French and English, any additional language a plus!
You must be excited about working for a fast moving start up
You should be vibrant, fun and bubbly!
You should have strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
You must be enrolled in a University or post secondary education (don’t forget you will need to provide an internship agreement)
You should have a strong sense of organisation
You should have excellent communication skills
