We are looking to double the size of our School Relations team with talented Business Development and Account Managers able to support top institutions in adopting Hosco as their own career & alumni platform/technology. We are therefore looking for an addict of the platform and a guru for the onboarding of all our new partner schools joining Hosco.

Onboarding Specialist -> welcome schools and converting them into Hosco addicts!

Lead for the setup of all new first and standard school accounts on Hosco
Lead for the training of all new partner schools
Prepare contracts and invoices
Follow up on incoming payments from our partner Schools

Client support –> service is key!

Personal and optimum service is key! Become the “go to person” answering all incoming questions from our schools and ensure the response level is always at its highest!
Update partner schools with all new features regularly introduced on the platform
Report and keep track of all bugs that are reported from our Schools and follow up with our IT Team
Proactive in the reporting as well as regular testing of the platform

Account Manager support -> we’re one team!

Tracking key metrics on school activities on Hosco and prepare reports for the team to act accordingly
You will be reporting to the School Relations Manager and part of a hospitality passionate, dynamic and fun team!

Requirements

This position will require you to:

You are a graduate from a hospitality management school with a lot of ambition, a strong sense of premium service, very organized and analytical. You will have a passion and become an addict of the platform and the technology we offer to our Schools. You are trustworthy, able to work with autonomy and to be a real team player in the schools' division and Hosco.

You should have strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
You should have strong client relationship skills
You should be genuinely interested by technology and platforms
You should be perfectly fluent in English, French and Spanish (preferable)
You should have a strong sense of organization
You should be vibrant, fun and bubbly!
You should be confident, outgoing and love networking!
You have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
You can relocate to Barcelona (our office is great!)
