Hosco Talent Search is a division of Hosco and specializes in Senior Management or Executive Level recruitment for the Hospitality and Facilities Management Industry Internationally.

Hosco Talent Search has a strong experience recruiting for hospitality and real estate companies. We have developed a unique network of relationships with our members and partner schools/universities and have a good command of sourcing and assessing candidates with experience working internationally.

Hosco talent search is looking for a senior Recruitment Specialist/Consultant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic team with great working atmosphere. We are open to hire someone working remotely from UK or France, alternatively in our Barcelona office.

The candidate will be responsible for Account management and Business development on a specific market (France and/or UK). The candidate will manage mandates (searches) for top hospitality companies globally in order to find the perfect match.

Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:
Business development to obtain qualified mandates on a global level
Recruitment process: definition of clients requirements, elaboration of job description, search and preparation of target lists, pre-screening and in depth interview of shortlisted candidates, preparing candidate's notes, arranging interviews with clients and negotiating contracts
Selection of strategic and potential candidates (top candidates portfolio and up-selling)
Account Management and business development
Understanding and analyzing competitions
Support all other Hosco departments (cross-selling)


You are fluent in English. Any other languages such as French is a plus.
2-3 years experience in recruitment ideally in the Hospitality industry either on the corporate side or in a Recruitment Firm or a strong hospitality background in operations and a sales personality.
