About the department:

The Hosco Marketing Performance team is made up of digital marketing specialists (SEO/ASO, CRM, Growth Marketing, Paid Media) with strong experience in UA and CRM/Engagement. The team works in collaboration with each division of Hosco to deliver results for B2B & B2C performance objectives.

The candidate will be working alongside Performance Marketing Manager to manage paid media campaigns to drive member acquisition & job applications for our clients’ job postings on Hosco both APP and Web.

Some of the responsibilities and tasks will include:
● Growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns through Facebook, Google, Ad networks,
DSP or any other media platform;
● Reporting: gather traffic, spend, and conversion data from various sources (publishers, google
analytics, database etc.) to produce spreadsheet reports on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly)
● Ability to compile and analyse performance data and metrics;Utilise analytics tool to get actionable insights, research potential new acquisition channels,
proactively test new campaigns to scale user acquisition & engagement;
● Communication with internal and external stakeholders;

Requirements

● 1/2+ years of demonstrable professional experience in paid search on cpm/cpc/cpi/cpa paid
media campaign management for a multi-language website/app product;
● Experience using app attribution tool (Appsflyer or Adjust);
● Strong understanding and experience with iOS and Android marketplaces;
● You are fluent in English (common office language);
● Strong Excel & numerical skills;
● Understanding of various cost models (cpc, cpm, cpa, cpi) & performance metrics (ctr, conversion rate, churn rate, cohorts etc.);
● Understanding of customer funnel and ability to efficiently prioritise budget across channels
● Possess a strong business acumen;
