Il/la candidato/a riceverà le nozioni per la gestione delle prenotazioni dei vari outlet F&B, approfondendo le dinamiche dei vari reparti e le relazioni tra di essi. Imparerà la creazione e gestione di un reservation book e floor plan massimizzandone l'organizzazione e conversione.

About you
Il/la candidato/a dovrà essere flessibile a lavorare nei diversi outlet dell'Hotel in un ambiente dinamico e in evoluzione e inserirsi positivamente all'interno del Team del Food & Beverage. Il candidato dovrà essere spigliato e avere discrete capacità di adattamento e flessibilità. Dovrà conoscere almeno la lingua inglese. Seconda lingua sicuramente un plus.
