In Japan, IHG ANA Hotels Group was established in December 2006 as a joint venture between IHG and ANA - Japan’s leading airline. IHG ANA is the leading hotel operator in Japan with 33 hotels operating under four brands: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, ANA Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and ANA Hotels.

 

We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead the opening of Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora, to open in 2019, it will be 10 minutes’ walk from Gora terminus on the Hakone Tozan Train, or two minutes’ walk from Miyaginobashi bus stop on the Hakone Tozan Bus. The hotel will host approximately 100 guestrooms and suites, each with an open air onsen (natural hot spring) tub on the balcony, or an onsen tub with a view. The property will also have a restaurant “Neighbourhood café”, bar, spa treatment rooms and health club


Our General Manager''s direct the overall operation of their hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment. By creating a positive and productive work environment, you''ll ensure superior guest experience and compliance with quality, service and operational standards.  You''ll report directly to a Regional General Manager or Director of Operations and supervise the Hotel Executive Committee Members and Department Heads.
