Nous proposons un stage en Réception ainsi qu'en assistant Chef de Réception.
Le stage propose une découverte globale de l'hôtellerie 4 étoiles Parisienne.

Principalement en Réception et rattaché à la Chef de Réception vos tâches principales seront :

- Assurer à notre clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de notre établissement ;
- Effectuer les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in/check-out sur le système Opera ;
- S’assurer de l’accompagnement des clients dans leurs chambres ;
- Garantir le suivi du séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes à vos collègues et supérieurs et par la vérification des garanties ;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre ponctuellement les réservations;
- Répondre aux différentes demandes des clients et assurer leur suivi afin de garantir la satisfaction ;
- Renseigner les clients sur les informations touristiques ;
- Assister le Front Office Manager dans ses démarches quotidienne : réunion, planning, formation
- Suivre les commentaires clients de l'établissement;
- S'impliquer dans la e-réputation de l'établissement;

Réaliser les différentes missions données par la hiérarchie tout au long de votre stage.

Une possibilité de voir les autres départements sur plusieurs journées tout au long du stage.

About you

Nous avons à cœur de trouver une personne passionnée, chaleureuse et ayant envie d'apprendre au sein d'une équipe dynamique.

Egalement, votre disponibilité, votre implication et votre esprit d'initiative sont quelques-unes des qualités nécessaires pour rejoindre notre établissement.
La pratique de l’Anglais usuel courant est indispensable.
