About you
- perfetta conoscenza dell'inglese e, preferibilmente, di un'altra lingua straniera;
- esperienza nel settore alberghiero di almeno sei mesi;
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni, principalmente pomeridiani, e nei fine settimana;
- flessibilità nell'orario di lavoro;
La figura che cerchiamo dovrà occuparsi di:
- Accoglienza clienti;
- gestione check-in e check-out;
- gestione corrispondenza mail e prenotazioni;
- assistenza al cliente durante il soggiorno, dovendo essere una persona di riferimento per i nostri ospiti che si occupi delle loro esigenze e dei loro desideri.;
Sono inoltre richiesti:
- orientamento al problem solving;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- spiccata attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali;
- capacità di utilizzare i principali programmi software (i.e. pacchetto Office, programma mail, ecc.).
