The company

The Hotel Vistabella is situated on top of a small cliff in the bay of Roses, between Canyelles Petites and the Bonifaci beach. The last one receives its name from the calm waters that are protected from the “Tramuntana” (strong North wind).

The placement is magical, its distance from the city center creates an unthinkable peacefulness during the summer months. It is the ideal hotel for a quick getaway or to spend your holidays. “In Roses the best sunsets of the whole country can be seen…”, wrote Josep Pla, a famous writer. These sunsets together with the spectacular views of the Gulf of Roses award a unique environment.

The gastronomy is very privileged in the hotel, with a wide offer, where the client will find different restaurants to choose from.

A wide gastronomic range is offered within the Hotel Vistabella own. Five restaurants, five special cuisines, five magical places ... and a panoramic bar are found within the property, making it, not only, the most exclusive 5 stars hotel of Roses, but also a gastronomic luxury space.
Each restaurant offers a distinct type of cuisine, whether creative, specializing in seafood with a great offer on Mediterranean dishes, or focused on Spanish tapas. They all have in common the gastronomic quality in the elaboration of the dishes and products, originality, and the privileged location: always with wonderful sea views.

Our main restaurant “els Brancs” located on the most elegant terrace of the Hotel offers you the best of our creative cuisine of Catalan inspiration, where each plate is a piece of art, accompanied by very well selected wines from around 300 references.

New sensations, turned perceptible by our senses in a very aesthetic way, are offered throughout our different menus as well as in our à la carte meals, being able to seduce you.

The wonders that the nature offers us that surround “els Brancs”, as well as the great gastronomic wealth of our region, are without doubt the engines that have permitted our team, the respect to the most excellent ingredients, with a little bit of originality and a lot of passion, to help our guests discover a sixth sense: to fusion the flavor with the perfume and the magic of the environment, and therefore to awake all the senses of the Mediterranean.

With it’s privileged location right at the sea this restaurant is known for its colorful cuisine of salads, grilled fish, crustacean and meat.

El Pirata has its own Jetty pier and buoys that allow you to arrive by boat and enjoy your lunch, practically on the sea.

The famous Champagne parties that take place every Sunday afternoon are well known by people that like to have fun. A great Summer souvenir.
