For that reason, Hotelbeds Group and the API Distribution Team are looking for the passionate API Developer, which could best represent our online services.
• Perform technical demos and presentations for customers, partners, and prospects as the subject matter expert.
• Spread knowledge of Hotelbeds API (Application Programming Interface) in the travel industry community.
• Analysis and support of current client’s needs.
• Provide support to customers throughout the development process of API integrations.
• Public speaking experience and presence to inspire developers and deliver effective presentations
• Understand customer pain points and actively engage them for technical needs






Key responsibilities

·        Give support to existent SDK

·        Give support to team cross management (API OP Team)

·        Clients Insights on how our clients are best integrating (coding, language) – understand multi providers

·        API Traffic Management (Mashery, quotas, capacity planification)

·        Sandbox (Postman / demo)

·        Create new SDKs

Candidate profile

IT Degree or similar

Process driven person;

Knowledge of REST API , XML, Json and similar technologies.

Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a must;

Experiences in technical support processes is a must;

  • Expertise in API distribution, travel Application Programming Interace preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Web and API architecture.
  • Experience in coding, use of APIs/web services and associated tools.
