About the job

The beautiful property stretches across 24-acre of stunning beachfront!  Enhance your current leadership skills to manage staff, work with other departments, schedule, coach and counsel employees. Explore the city, nearby wineries, wharf, aquarium, or travel into Los Angeles!

Benefits:

As a manager, you will need to bring your own suits.

The hotel will provide you with 14 days of FREE accommodations to include room and taxes. All incidentals are at your own cost.

You will need to fly into Los Angeles then to Santa Barbara Airport or you can take a shuttle from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara that will cost aprox. $52.00.

Complimentary meal per shift is offered.

As a manager you are not paid for overtime hours.
