Benefits:

A uniform will be provided. If accepted with the property, J1's will need to discuss with HR the proper protocol to receive their uniform and any other clothing they may need to have/bring upon arrival to the property. A complimentary meal per shift is provided. Team Member Travel Program - As a Hilton employee, you may be eligible to enjoy the benefits of the Hilton Team Member Travel Program. With this program, you can book rooms with discounts for you and your family at any of the thousands of Hilton locations around the world. J1's will have access to the property's Fitness Club for $10/month if they choose to open a membership. Paid Time Off is based on an accrual system. It will be available for use after 90 days of employment with the property. Public Transportation (Chicago Transit Authority) is easily accessibly. The property will provide a CTA pass for unlimited rides. This is available at a cost of $100/month and is deducted from the J1's check. (The "O'Hare" stop on the Blue Line is very close to hotel. It is less than a 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the hotel.) The property will provide 14 Days Housing upon arrival while the J1 secures more permanent housing. The J1 will need to confirm this with HR prior to arrival, as this is based on occupancy. (Should the J1 have trouble securing housing, the property is willing to help the J1 get acclimated to the area/suggest suitable housing.)

Guest Relations Agent: $14.00 per hour and $15.00 per hour after 90 days Front Desk Supervisor and Housekeeping Supervisor: $15.50 per hourMinimum of 32 hours per week. J1's will train 5 days a week with 2 days off. Due to the high volume of the property, one day off will be an "on-call" day. J1's will need to be available that day in the event the property might need assistance. Upon arrival to the property, J1's will receive a thorough 4-6 weeks of orientation and property specific training while starting their Guest Relations Agent rotation. This includes, but is not limited to shadowing, learning vouchers," Make it Right" training, "SALT", stay packages, OnQ, etc. J1's should be advised that this period will help ensure a successful program, as the property operates differently than most due to its airport location.
