The hotel will provide up to 5 days of complimentary housing on site. The hotel will also coordinate airport pick up as long as you communicate your arrival with the Director of HR prior to booking your flight. A uniform will be provided and a complimentary meal is provided per shift. After 90 days of employment you will be eligible to receive your PTO. Please see the hotel handbook for futher details. You will also be eligible to receive Marriott discounts on hotel. The hotel will open on August 15th. The hotel requests that all J1’s arrive July 27 or 28 to be ready for Orientation on July 30th and to assist with pre-opening.


Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs:- you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industryOR- you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA)OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA)- you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers

Server: $6.00-$7.50 per hourIt is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $15.00 per hour”. Host: $12.00-$13.00 per hour Supervisor:  $15.00-$17.00 per hour
