Do you like hiking and biking, enjoy exercise and staying fit, yearn for clean air, glorious sunsets on red rock mountains and night skies ablaze in stars? 5 star resort out west is looking for culinary cooks to train within their many F&B outlets starting as a demi cook and then moving into a chef de partie position. Farm to table concept, nothing but the best cooking ingredients.
Rate of Pay: $13.00/ hour (32-40 hours per week)
Benefits: Complimentary uniform and a meal per shift is offered. Bring your own knives.
Candidates should bring chef’s pants, appropriate slip resistant shoes and their knives. After completing 90 days of employment, employees accrue vacation and sick days for every regular hour worked for up to 12 days/year.
Affordable employee housing with transportation is available upon arrival however advance reservation must be arranged with employer as soon as job offer is arranged. Candidates may seek other housing after arrival with 2 weeks notice to employer.
Please book arrival prior to noon on a weekday to ensure candidate will make it to the resort before 5PM.
Must have prior high end culinary experience with at least 6 months of experience.
