As our Director of Human Resources, you will be supporting an HR team of 6 including yourself, in driving a culture where managers take ownership and responsibility for their departments and teams in relation to, skills training, learning and development and overall performance of service excellence. You will be leading new project work and coming up with new ideas and proposals to streamline our HR processes and deliver innovative solutions within the hotel’s operation.
Working with us, as our Director of Human Resources you will be looking at creative ways to help develop a higher level of engagement with the hotel, driving a culture of pro-activeness with a sense of purpose. In addition to this, you will be implementing and designing working groups to ensure that the business moves forward in relation to compliance, hospitality, engagement, competitive advantage – therefore developing an inclusive culture at all levels of the business. You will rely on your previous experiences to better advise your HR team and managers within the hotel in regards to ER issues.
