We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing
who will champion the overall positioning of the hotel, business development, revenue management and brand communication for hotel rooms, restaurants, and events.
This position requires a hands-on leader with extremely strong people management, communications and organizational skills with an outstanding drive for achieving results. As a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Sales & Marketing is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership and reports directly to the hotel General Manager.Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of both sales and marketing functions with at least five (5) years of experience handling a similar role in reputable hotels
- A local candidate with luxury brand experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, who thrives in fast pace environments and is incredibly creative and passionate
- With experience in developing comprehensive marketing communications plans, digital marketing, data analytics, and initiatives in support of all promotional activities for the hotel
- A dynamic leader with superior communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with an infectious passion for coaching, mentoring and fostering collaboration
