What you will do as Head Concierge at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
- Provide exceptional levels of service to our guests through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Connect and build rapport with our guests, understand their needs, and make suitable recommendations to elevate their stay
- Create memorable experiences, using your extensive knowledge of London and the best it has to offer
- Support the Front Office team with the arrivals, check-ins and departures of our guests
- Be an ambassador for Great Scotland Yard and Hyatt hotels, promoting our food & beverage outlets and services across our properties
