About you
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Turndown Room Attendant role
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms, which includes preparing the bed, tidying the room, replenishing amenities, and refreshing towels.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
About you
