You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The position of ‘Director of Revenue Management, India’ will be responsible for driving the continued development and growth of revenue and profits for the portfolio hotels and run an efficient revenue organization for the region, and provide best-in-class recruitment, and training and best practices across hotels. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales operations and different marketing organizations to bring best decisions at the forefront. The Director of Revenue, India is also responsible for the cluster organizations set-up in India.

An MBA would be an asset for the position. Minimum 10-15 years’ of work experience in different capacities including as Revenue Manager, Cluster Revenue Manager, and should have handled multiple hotels portfolio or been in different industries requiring similar analytical and strategic mindset.
Strategic orientation, Problem solving skills, leading teams and organizations, and administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
