Job description


The responsibilities an General Manager, generated by a daily income company, must be kept at the same level of income, quality assurance and asset protection. The General Manager demonstrated leadership and professional image for associates, sales accounts, local community representatives, suppliers and clients. The General Manager is responsible for the success of the cleaning, front office and food and beverage departments of the property. A practical approach is really a quality for the customer and a cleaning suite. The General Manager also has as purchases and a payroll for the property. The General Manager is also involved in interviewing and hiring new associates, as well as disciplinary measures and the issuance process. He is also responsible for the semiannual evaluation process of his direct records, training and guiding the work team to satisfy his personal and professional goals.
