Lead Gallery Hosts contribute to the hotel''s commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Lead Gallery Host will supervise and coach other Gallery Hosts and resolve escalated guest issues. Experience with Opera or similar systems required. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese or other second languages a strong plus.
The Lead Gallery Hosts creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience; to include the Gallery Host Stand, Gallery Bar, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen (food preparation, the e-room and the TV den, guest check in and out and the servicing of the meeting rooms. Must be able to obtain a liquor commission blue card. Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.
Lead Gallery Hosts are in constant communication with the Host Stand and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Bell Hosts also assist with the preparation and serving of food from the Fresh 24/7 menu as a member of the Gallery Team. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

- Customer service experience is required
- Experience in a hotel environment is highly preferred
- Must have schedule flexibility for weekends and holidays and evenings
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing and additional language abilities are a strong plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain a blue liquor card
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 25 lbs on a regular basis
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
