You will be managing the Gallery Department consisting of the Front Desk, Coffee to Cocktails bar, event spaces and the Zoom Restaurant. You will directly report to the General Manager and are responsible for the Gallery Team Leaders and Gallery Hosts. Your role will be interesting and varied as you are responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front of House operations, create experiences, lead people, manage processes, and hold people accountable for the agreed upon activities and time frame.
You create an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Oversee a diverse team of motivated Team Leaders and Hosts by modeling the way, by training, empowering, and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle.
You would have one to two years’ Rooms managerial experience in hospitality. Knowledge of key operating systems such as OPERA and Micros are essential. You must have a good command verbal of the English language to include verbal, reading and writing. Previous experience in F&B or Duty management is a great advantage. You must be organized, effective in providing exceptional customer service and a motivational leader.
