You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Reservations & Revenue department in line with Hyatt International''s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue / Reservations Manager is responsible for maximizing overall hotel occupancies & revenue for rooms and food and beverage through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies in large hotels, produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Out-perform direct competitors by winning market share with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management hotel inventory to maximize top line revenue and yield high net profits. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel''s revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations
Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset. Minimum 2 years work experience in the role of Revenue. Strategic orientation, strong organization and analytical skills as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
