About The Position
For our new property Hyatt Regency Cape Town, we are looking for a Front Office Manager who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the Front Office Department. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of guest relations, while maintaining colleague satisfaction and consistency of the services. He/She will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office and the implementation of Hyatt''s Purpose and Strategies throughout the hotel.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism studies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - We are looking for someone with a sincere passion for working with others and creating a difference in our workplace
- Experience in a similar position
