The Guest Experience Ambassador at Hyatt Regency Chicago is a fast paced managerial position with constant interaction with guests/clients visiting the hotel. The manager will work closely with the Operations Departments and hotel leadership and will report directly to the Hotel Manager. The Guest Experience Ambassador will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent levels of service to the guests by enhancing the hotel’s touchpoints to improve guest experiences. The Ambassador will focus on the lobby, front desk and food and beverage outlets to identify and address operational opportunities to improve service. As the Ambassador of Hyatt Regency Chicago, the manager will also work with the Quality Assurance Manager to frame customer service data points into a direct evaluation of customer service. The Ambassador will facilitate weekly training sessions focused on service essentials.
